Shipping for 4-Stroke Scooters:

All
4-Stroke Scooters, such as the Urban 50's and the Retro Classic 50, qualify
for $99 shipping to your home automatically!
(Continental USA only).

All of our motorcycles, scooters, will be shipped via truck. Smaller products
will be shipped using UPS Ground Service, Fed Ex and other shippers.

You will receive an email notification with your tracking id after your
scooter or package has left our warehouse.

If damage occurs during
shipment:

Each
scooter, moped, motorcycle is fully insured against damage and loss. If your
item(s) arrive damaged, please email us immediately (preferably within the
first 24 hours) so we can contact the shipping carrier on your behalf. Do not
throw away any of the packing materials your item was shipped in! This
includes the shipping crate for your scooter or motorcycle. The shipping
carrier will want to inspect all packing materials. If the packaging is not
available for inspection or altered in any way, we will be unable to continue
with your damage claim. After visual inspection by the shipping carrier, you
will be able to file a claim and receive everything necessary to make your
item whole. Items that have been damaged by shipping will result in a claim
being filed with the shipping carrier. The result may be a replacement product
or more likely repairs for the damaged parts.

Return
Policy

Please
understand that our scooters and mopeds are not returnable. We offer a parts
only warranty as our scooters are a bulky item that is not easily exchanged
and/or returned. Due to our return policy, we ask all our customers to ensure
that the scooter and/or moped you are purchasing is right for you.

Discount Rides LLC offers all our
customers a Manufacturer's Standard Warranty on all 4-Stroke Scooters. Please
understand that this warranty does not cover misuse or broken parts caused by
the user, an accident or any other event. The manufacturer and Discount Rides
LLC disclaims all responsibilities such as injury and all other damages that
are incurred while using this unit. Absolutely NO RETURNS on gas scooters,
dirt bikes, atvs, etc. Should purchaser have a part that needs replacing, they
should immediately email us at discountrides@gmail.com. Someone with moderate
mechanical experience can service the vehicle. If you are not comfortable
servicing your scooter, we recommend that you contact a certified small engine
mechanic to perform repairs on your vehicle. Any damages that occur due to
misuse or improper care of the vehicle including but not limited to exceeding
the weight limit, shipping damages, accidents, or gross misuse of normal
intended operations are not covered under the warranty. Please email us with
any questions you may have regarding our return policy.

Canceling An Order

If
you decide to cancel a scooter/moped order placed with us, we will be able to
cancel the order only if your order has not shipped and if that is the case,
we will reimburse the method of payment used for your order minus a 5% credit
card transaction fee and a $30 paperwork fee. Unfortunately, if your order has
already been shipped we will make every attempt to retrieve the scooter/moped
before it arrives at your location. If the scooter/moped has been shipped and
then cancelled, we will reimburse the method of payment used for the original
order, minus any shipping and/or freight charges, plus a cancellation fee of
$100.00 and any other fees Discount Rides LLC may have incurred in the process
of canceling your scooter/moped order which has already shipped.

shipping and/or freight carrier charges can be upwards to $500.00



**Please note in the event that your
account becomes delinquent you will be responsible for all fees including bank
fees, collection and legal fees. A $50 service charge for all returned checks.
